Petitioner is accused in connection with G.R.P. Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 117 of 2018 registered under Sections 395 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 27018 of 2018 and Cr. Misc. No. 24205 of 2019 on 24.04.2019 and 18.04.2019 respectively.
