The petitioner is languishing in custody since 07.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 364A of the Indian Penal Code. The informant's son went traceless on 29.03.2014. Subsequently on 02.04.2014 through mobile the ransom demand was made. Subsequently, the co-villagers during investigation suggested the name of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the cousin of the informant having no criminal antecedent and due to land dispute the petitioner has been roped in the present case. The petitioner is an employee of Samastipur Collectoriate. Since the petitioner made complain in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.556 of 2015 (02) dt.09-01-2015 2/2 Human Right Commission against the police for brutal assault of his brother at the hands of the police the petitioner has been roped in the present case.
Considering the suspicious nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Rosera in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 29 of 2014.
