The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 136/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a)/38/41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said recoveries were alleged to have been made from inside the house of the petitioner though the petitioner's house is located 5 kms. away from the place of occurrence.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and also because the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of
