The father of the victim made allegation that the deceased was married with the son of the petitioners one year ago. The accused persons were started torturing her due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry. The informant took her daughter to his own house but on 18.09.2014 Prabhu Mahto went to the house of the informant and brought his wife. On the next day the informant got information that her daughter was killed. Petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. No specific allegation of demand of dowry and torture is made against the petitioners. Petitioner No.1 is in jail since 27th November, 2014 and petitioner no.2 is in jail since 19.01.2015.
