2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498(A), 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 236 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated merely because they happen to be the married sisterin-law and mother-in-law respectively. The petitioners were residing separately from the deceased and her husband after they solemnized love marriage as evident from the F.I.R. itself. The accusations are general and omnibus without any specific

Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 17.05.2019 pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Chautham P.S.
