The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 77 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. From perusal of seizure list, it is evident that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

No.43443 of 2021(2) dt.24-03-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-IIcum-Excise Court, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S.
