The petitioner seeks bail in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 517 of 2014 under Sections 272, 273, 290 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(a) of the Excise Act.

50 liters of country made liquor made of Mahua was recovered.

It is submitted that the petitioner is a labour and he is in jail since 25.11.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
