The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged against the petitioner that she got employed as Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated documents.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that is innocent and she has falsely been

The petitioner was appointed on 06.04.2015 and she joined the school on 08.04.2015 and worked till 12.05.2015. Thereafter, the petitioner never went to the school nor received any payment either from 08.04.2015 to 12.05.2015 or from 13.05.2015 till date. It is further submitted that in pursuance to the direction of the government, the petitioner has already resigned from the service. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VIth, Begusarai in connection with Bakhri P.S.
