Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Taking into consideration that petitioner carries criminal antecedent of near about 17 cases and in the present case, one country made loaded rifle and three live cartridges were recovered from his conscious possession, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 243 of 2015 pending in the court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, (West) Muzaffarpur stands rejected.
