Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that petitioner has attained age more than 76 years and as per the government circular and the circular of the university, the petitioner is entitled for enhancement of payment after attaining age of 75 years. He further submitted that petitioner has already represented before the Registrar of the Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur and seeks to get his representation disposed of in accordance with the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8231 of 2023 dt.28-08-2023 2/2 circular adopted by the university.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the Registrar of the Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur, is directed to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner within a period of six weeks and must ensure to make payment of admissible retiral dues along with the statutory interest in accordance with law within the aforesaid period.

4. With above observation and direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
