The petitioner seeks bail in Turkaulia (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 557/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A), 372 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of the victim and she disclosed in her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. that Jalil Mian kidnapped her and dropped her at the house of the petitioner from where she fled away. The victim did not make any allegation against the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11848 of 2015 (2) dt.08-04-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran in connection with Turkaulia (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 557/2014.
