2. This is the third attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 203 of 2021 arising out of Bypass P.S. Case No. 220 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later Section 302 was also added.

3. Learned senior counsel for the informant has submitted that in the trial, all the witnesses have been examined and the case is fixed for argument.
