Petitioners, are in jail custody since 14.11.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,452,385,504,506,380,307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioners are named in the first information report but admittedly, neither the informant nor any other person sustained any injury in the alleged offence. Moreover, submission on behalf of the petitioners is that the informant brought this false case in collusion with local police on account of previous enmity. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as

No.5618 of 2016 (2) dt.15-02-2016 2/2 submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 548 of 2015.
