Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State through Video Conferencing.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44796 of 2021(2) dt.18-08-2021 2/2 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 26.03.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 34801 of 2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide oorder dated 26.03.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 34801 of 2020, the petitioners were ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest and surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks in connection with Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 163 of 2020, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Bhagalpur, but due to some unavoidable circumstances, petitioners could not surrender before the court below within the stipulated time.

In view of the above submission, the period of surrender of petitioners is extended for six weeks from today. The order dated 26.03.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 34801 of 2020 is modified to the said extent.
