The only allegation against the petitioner is referable under Section 498A, IPC. The petitioner seriously disputes his matrimonial relation with the complainant. This Court is satisfied that the petitioner deserves to be granted bail. The petitioner, namely, Chandan Kumar @ Chandan Kumar Roy @ Chandan Kumar Rai shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- (Rs. Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Mahila PS Case No. 36 of 2013.
