Petitioner is in jail custody since 23.11.2014 and from perusal of the first information report itself, it is obvious that when petitioner was caught by the police along with country made rifle, the petitioner disclosed that he had kept the aforesaid rifle for his safety.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also keeping in mind that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
