Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners' claim for dynamic assured career progression is pending since 2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners' application is pending before their respective

Patna High Court CWJC No.13680 of 2021(2) dt.09-08-2023 2/2 Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer (Respondent Nos. 5 & 6). For placing on record a better representation containing full details, he submits that the petitioners would be filing a representation before the respective Civil Surgeon within four weeks.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection to such filing of representation.

In view of the limited nature of grievance being raised in the proceedings today, this court would only observe that if the representations are filed along with a copy of this order within four weeks, the Respondent Nos. 5 & 6 shall be obliged to consider the representations of petitioner Nos. 1 & 2, respectively, and pass a reasoned and speaking order paying the amount found due and admissible within three months thereafter.
