JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are languishing in custody since 23.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406,420,467 and 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of running a fake chit fund company and misappropriating rupees three lacs twenty two thousand of bonafide investors.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the son of the petitioner no.2 was agent of the alleged chit fund company and there is nothing on record that the petitioners also collected money. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1649 of 2015 (2) dt.15-01-2015 2/2 (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Katihar in connection with Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 225 of 2014.
