The petitioner is languishing in custody since 26.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

A country made loaded pistol and eight cartridges, out of which four have been found to be effective, have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the investigation has already concluded. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13000 of 2015 (02) dt.01-04-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 102 of 2014.
