Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, the wife of deceased and some witnesses claimed that the petitioner and one other accused took the deceased from his house but admittedly, the present case was lodged on the basis of written report of son of the informant and the son of the informant did not disclose the aforesaid fact in his written report.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties and also taking note of this fact that investigation of this case has already been completed, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4998 of 2016 (2) dt.11-02-2016 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 152 of 2013 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan.
