Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner with reference to Memo No. 358 dated 07.08.2018 submits that the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Jamui has admitted the attendance of the petitioner for certain period, but payment has not been paid on behalf of the opposite parties. In the show cause stand has been take that in compliance of the order of this Court opportunity of hearing was provided to the petitioner on 02.08.2018 and 04.08.2018 and thereafter on 07.08.2018 decision was taken vide Annexure-A

Patna High Court MJC No.1524 of 2018(6) dt.03-10-2018 2/2 but that Annexure-A was not enclosed along with this show cause. Placing the copy of the same learned counsel for the petitioner has highlighted that the petitioner is entitled to payment of dues admitted by the opposite parties vide Memo No. 358 dated 07.08.2018.

In view of the above, the present application is disposed of with a direction to the opposite parties to ensure the payment of whatsoever has been admitted in terms of Memo No. 358 of 2018 dated 07.08.2018. It is clarified here if the petitioner is aggrieved by Memo No. 358 dated 07.08.2018 liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Forum/Court against the decision of the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Jamui. Contained in Memo No. 358 dated 07.08.2018.

With the aforesaid, the present application stands disposed of.
