JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-12-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to safeguard the life and property of the petitioners and prevent the private respondents from forcibly ousting the petitioners from the land in question, however, the learned counsel for the petitioners has, at the outset, stated that the petitioners have filed a title suit bearing Title Suit No. 42/2022, before the learned Court of Sub-Judge, Barh, Patna, hence, the petitioners be granted liberty to prosecute the same and in the meantime, the Respondent authorities be directed to protect the petitioners. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to prosecute the aforesaid tile suit, filed by them and to approach the respondent authorities, in case, they are sought to be
