16.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in Barh P.S. Case No. 158 of 2014 registered under Sections 414 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 20 and 22 of the NDPS Act pending before the Additional Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Special Judge, NDPS Act, Patna.

Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to him. The prayer for bail is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and for this reason it shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Sr. Superintendent of Police, Patna, and the Sr. Superintendent of Police, Patna is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
