The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant made a very specific allegation that the firing made by the petitioner Ramashish Das hit on his waist. It is submitted that no other witnesses have supported the versions of the informant. Even the informant was examined during the course of trial as PW1 and he disclosed that he did not identify the person who made the firing. The petitioner is in jail since 08.09.2014. Considering the fact that the informant did not corroborate his own statement in his deposition, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
