The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Jaandaha P.S. Case No. 103 of 2020 dated 10.07.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

He has not been named in the FIR. His implication in the present case is only on the basis of confession of arrested accused persons. The co-accused persons are having land dispute with the petitioner and therefore he has been named in their confession. The petitioner does not have criminal antecedents. Considering these set of facts, the petitioner
