The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Beldaur P.S. Case No. 205 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 323, 363, 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, these petitioners kidnapped the son of informant and caused injury by sharp cutting weapon, as a result of which son of informant sustained grievous injuries.

It is submitted that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. In fact, an altercation took place between the parties over the issue of playing of children and petitioners are next door neighbours. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of injury, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners above-named on
