The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 69 of 2014, registered under Sections 406, 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioner was Headmaster of Middle School, Madhya Vidyalaya, Pama Sankar Sandhan Kendra, misappropriated the Government money in distribution of Scholarship of the student.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that he is in jail custody since 10.10.2014. Hence taking into consideration the period of custody, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 69 of 2014, subject to condition that petitioner will appear on each and every date fixed in this case. m.p.
