2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per prosecution case, informant, namely Pratima Kumari, alleged that on 10.06.2024 at around 12 o'clock in the afternoon, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, along with 100-150 unknown persons, surrounded the informant and others and abused them and searched for eyewitnesses of Nadi P.S. Case No. 76 of 2023 with intention to kill them. It is further alleged that all the accused persons entered into house of Late Gautam Kumar and started firing and threatened to kill. Thereafter, Nadi Police was informed and

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. As a matter of fact, this petitioner is not accused in Nadi P.S. Case No. 76 of 2023 for which the present alleged occurrence took place for pressurizing the witnesses of the said case not to depose. It is further submitted that as per prosecution case, 36 named accused persons, including this petitioner and 100-150 unknown persons made indiscriminate firing but no one was injured which itself creates doubt over the prosecution case. There is general and omnibus allegations and there is no specific accusation of overt act against this petitioner.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the backdrop of the case and nature of accusation, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City in connection with Patna Nadi P. S. Case No. 185 of
