Heard the parties through video conferencing. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court, thereafter, he has been released on regular bail, as such, this application for pre-arrest bail has become infructuous.

Accordingly, it stands dismissed as infructuous in connection with Excise Case No. 356 of 2020 arising out of Arwal P.S. Case No. 84 of 2020, pending in the Court of the Additional Sessions Judge, II, Jehanabad.
