The victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. specifically stated that she was taken to Hisar from where she was brought to her village by her uncle and the petitioner and two others were also accompanied her while returning to her home.

No doubt, the victim stated that she was forcibly taken by the petitioner and his associates but the manner of returning to the home of the victim tells a different story. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
