2. The present Cr. Misc. petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 01.04.2023 passed in A.B.P. No. 653 of 2023, arising out of Mahila P.S. Case No. 96 of 2022 by the learned District & Sessions Judge, Bhojpur at Ara.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate petition before the Court concerned for mediation/ conciliation between the parties.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this
