Petitioner is named in the first information report but admittedly, looted motorcycle was recovered in abandoned condition and having similar allegation co-accused Sonu Singh and Mantu Mian have already been granted privilege of bail by this court. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sandeep Singh, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Purnia/concerned court in Bhawanipur P.S. Case no. 64/2010.
