This application, for grant of regular bail, arises out of Kadwa Police Station Case No. 66 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act and Section 37 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

It is alleged that from the possession of the petitioner and co-accused persons, live cartridges have been recovered and also there was a smell of liquor coming from the mouth of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 17.04.2023 and he has two more criminal antecedents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case.
