No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent but admittedly in the present case none has sustained any injury and the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 10.11.2014. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Bathnaha P.S.Case No. 72 of 2012.
