Petitioner is said to be caught just after the alleged occurrence and it is claimed that stolen amount of Rs. 60,000/- was recovered from his conscious possession but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the seizure list does not bear the signature of the petitioner nor does he have any criminal antecedent and he is languishing in jail custody since 26.07.2014. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
