The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. It is submitted that the trial has already begun and three witnesses have been examined but they have not supported the prosecution case.

It appears that there is allegation against the petitioner that he killed his wife due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. Hence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in S. Trial No. 03/2015, arising out of Giriyak P.S. Case No. 129 of 2013. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within six months from the date of
