JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report on the accusation that he along with others assaulted the informant and also humiliated him by calling his caste name and in that course, petitioner gave thrice dagger blow causing injury on the back of the informant but the impugned order shows that informant sustained simple injury said to be caused by hard and blunt substance.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
