Petitioner is in jail custody since 16.9.2014 on the accusation that he established physical relationship with the informant on false promise of marriage as a result thereof informant became pregnant and later on, petitioner refused to solemnize marriage with the informant.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also keeping in mind the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in Sadar (Mufassil) P.S.
