BAJANTHRI) 26-07-2023 During the course of the day, learned counsel for the petitioners has filed Interlocutory Application for condonation of delay of six months in filing MJC No. 2733 of 2018 for restoration and the same has been served on the other side.

2. Even though sufficient cause has not been shown to condone the delay of six months. However, in the interest of litigant delay of six months is condoned.

3. Heard MJC No. 2733 of 2018. For the reasons stated in the application and affidavit LPA No. 1980 of 2016 stands restored on the file while recalling the order dated 04.01.2018 passed in LPA No. 1980 of 2016.

4. Registry is hereby directed to list the LPA No. 1980 of 2016 before the roster bench, subject to payment of cost of 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only). Cost shall be remitted in ₹ Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
