13-06-2019 Heard Sri Sarvan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Mukeshwar Dayal, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 09-01-2019, as stated in paragraph - 12 of the petition, in Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 21 of 2019 registered for offence under Sections 380 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated on an accusation of recovery of so-called stolen mobile, whereas, as per learned counsel for the petitioner, the said mobile was not stolen. He further submits that petitioner is languishing in jail since

Be that as it may, considering the period of custody as well as the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner's case has not proceeded properly, let the petitioner namely Amar Kumar Mallik be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Madhavi Singh, learned 1st Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 21 of 2019. (Rakesh Kumar, J.) anay U T
