Mr.Ashok Kumar Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-10-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 307, 379 and some other ancillary Sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, these petitioners along with three unknown persons assaulted the informant as a result of which he sustained grievous injuries.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the case. It is further submitted that though there is allegation of assault but injuries are not on vital part of the body.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34203 of 2022(2) dt.20-10-2022 2/2 Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the nature of accusation, gravity of the offence and nature of injuries, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) BKS/- U T
