Case No. 340 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act and accordingly, both the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.526 of 2015 (3) dt.13-04-2015 above stated petitions are being disposed of by this common order. Heard learned counsels for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are not named in the first information report and in course of investigation, petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 12904 of 2015 was apprehended in course of vehicle checking and confessed his guilt disclosing his involvement in the present crime and also disclosed the name of petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 526 of 2015 and except the aforesaid materials, there appears to be nothing against the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 340 of 2014.
