Patna High Court MJC No.1415 of 2018 dt.01-10-2019 2/2 parties no. 4 and 5 as well as opposite party no. 7. The same are in terms of the order dated 04.09.2019.

3. Copy of both the show cause was served on learned counsel for the petitioner on 25.09.2019. No rejoinder to the same has been filed.

4. From the same, it transpires that the interest as was required in terms of the Full Bench decision of this Court in Ram Gulam vs. State of Bihar reported as 2015 (1) PLJR 568 has been credited into the account of the petitioner on 21.09.2019 to the tune of Rs. 99,847/-.

5. In the aforesaid background, the Court finds that the order dated 23.05.2017 passed in CWJC No. 19119 of 2014, stands complied.
