Accusation is of robbing the informant and the passengers of Tata Magic vehicle. The name of the petitioner sprang up on confession of the co-accused. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only one knife was recovered from the petitioner when the robbed articles were recovered from the co-accused persons. Moreover the petitioner has not been put on T.I.P. A statement to that effect has been made in para 9 of the petition. It is further submitted that though petitioner is accused in two other cases but in those cases the investigation has concluded. Considering the fact that petitioner has not been put on T.I.P, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
