That this writ petition is preferred for issuance of an appropriate writ preferably in the nature of 'Certiorari'

for setting aside the order dated 28.12.2020 passed in Misc. (Payment of Wages) Appeal Case No.659 of 2019 by the District Magistrate, Aurangabad which has been communicated through Memo No.43 dated 7.1.2021 issued under the signature of Incharge Officer District Legal Cell whereby and whereunder petitioner's claim for

Patna High Court CWJC No.13826 of 2021(2) dt.07-12-2023 2/2 payment of wages at par with the computer operator appointed through the panel prepared at the District Level with regard to Executive Assistants has been rejected.

Further it is for issuance of an appropriate writ preferably in the nature of 'Mandamus' commanding upon the respondent authorities to pay salary/ wages to the petitioner at par with the Computer Operators appointed through the panel prepared for Executive Assistants at the District level w.e.f. from 17.12. 2018."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondents authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
