The petitioner seeks bail in Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 26 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The informant named Panchu Mistri, Binay Mistri and Mantu.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was apprehended in Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 115 of 2013 and the police took the confessional statement of the petitioner in the aforesaid case. On the basis of disclosure made by the petitioner in his confessional statement he was remanded in this case on 20.05.2013, but nothing has been recovered from his possession.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9402 of 2014 (6) dt.15-04-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 26 of 2013.
