This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Yadopur P.S. Case No. 93 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 379, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Complaint case is the basis for registration of the First Information Report. The petitioners and the informant appear to be agnates. There is general and omnibus allegation of assault against these petitioners. There is allegation against coaccused Jai Prakash Singh of inflicting knife blows. Considering the genesis of occurrence, which is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31876 of 2019(2) dt.14-05-2019 2/2 evident on perusal of the complaint petition, I find it to be a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail, this application is accordingly allowed.

Let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Gopalganj, in Yadopur P.S. Case No. 93 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioners shall present themselves before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on their part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, their bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
