This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Mehandiya P.S. Case No. 88 of 2023 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has offered to deposit Rs. 50,000/- in Ram Krishna Mission Ashram, Patna, Ramkrishna Avenue, Patna, Bihar800004, without accepting his guilt. He has no criminal antecedent and also he is in custody since 08.04.2023.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned Special Judge-II, Excise, Jehanabad, in connection with Mehandiya P.S. Case No. 88 of 2023.
