1. Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case is covered by the judgment, dated 13.11.2024, passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 16104 of 2024 (Surya Deo Paswan v. The State of Bihar and others). Accordingly, he makes a prayer to dispose this writ application in terms of the order dated 13.11.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 16104 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the University as well as State jointly submit that this writ application is covered by the aforesaid judgment and can be disposed in

Patna High Court CWJC No.8607 of 2025(2) dt.22-07-2025 2/2 identical terms.

4. Having considered the submissions made on behalf of learned counsel for the parties, I deem it fit and appropriate to dispose this writ application exactly in terms of the order dated 13.11.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 16104 of 2024.
