During investigation of a case five persons including the petitioner were apprehended when from the possession of the petitioner one Chinese mobile of double SIM was recovered. Though arms were recovered from the coaccused. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of recovery, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
